Internet Marketing in an Economic Downturn…

Regardless of how much we understand about the economy, I’m pretty
sure each and every one of us understands that right now it’s not
doing to well. The price of Gas, Diesel and food keep going up.

The “Economic Tornado” is coming, and everything, even
internet based companies, is in its path.

I see an opportunity for those who want to take it. Rising costs, so people

Stay home, they shop and surf on the internet. They have UPS & Fed-ex,

Use other people’s fuel to deliver their items to their homes.

The main thing to remember is we are building a Business, it won’t happen

Overnight, but with some work and coaching from Push Traffic, it’s a Great

Place to start. I am also taking an E Commerce course with “Prosper Learning”,

It is all about the nut and bolts from the ground up in starting an E commerce web site.

Also using methods like Facebook and Myspace and other Social Networking costs us nothing,
while allowing us to target market our customers, while creating interaction
- which pay per click models don’t do, but can be used as our experience

Grows.

Email marketing? This can be a viable tool to reach folks interested in

Internet marketing and making money online.

Affiliate marketing is tricky, but once you get it, you have a
commission only sales force, ready to sell for you. If they don’t sell
your product or service, you have no costs. Unlike pay per click,
where you hope you sell them cause you already spent money in getting
them there.
